When I finished watching this series with my friend, we just went “oh god, why are we craving the slash when it’s pretty much a harem series”. Unfortunately neither of has won with daring the other to write it, so I take it to you Yuletide with hopes that someone won't find it quite as teeth-pulling as we do. (If you do, no worries - I'm quite fond of the other fandoms mentioned here as well.)

Something that focuses on the relationship between these two, or develops a relationship between the two with friendship or something more. They have such opposite views on life but I think Hayato is genuinely fascinated by Hachiman and really wishes that Hachiman wasn’t so negative. It would pleasant to see Hachiman a little less broken, which is part of what it would take for him to be able to maintain a relationship with Hayato I think.

One thing that would be good to cover: I think Hayato sometimes does see the world that negatively with the hints we’ve gotten over his awareness of female bullying and I think Hachiman wishes he could see the world that positively.

I am not interested in het for this series, sorry. Gen is fine.

I’d really like to see Tanuma being drawn more into the supernatural world – the use of glasses to achieve this would be a bonus. His relationship with Natsume is really touching, but I’d enjoy seeing him interact with others who are also partially in the supernatural world and partially in the mundane like Taki or Natori.

I'm mostly interested in either:
(a) Backstory on Kyoko's past; "a parent can hate their own child"
(b) Fun with the way she takes on roles and absorbs them into herself.
(c) Her strength of determination to become a splendid actress
(d) Getting one over on Sho
or (e) I just really love the relationship between her and Ren and the way they both fight their growing awareness of each other’s feelings.

Though you might have to dig deep enough to build a mine, in order for them to admit it to each other – even if it’s through playing with the roles they take on constantly...

Kaitou is just fabulous, with his shenanigans and the constant showing off yet hiding. Having him be the hero, duking it out with his detectives (or perhaps something more?) I find identity play a really sexy concept. Having Kaitou the winner, or having the tables turned against him - it's all good.

I also love mirror play, if you wanted to do something with that as well.
